The contract will be for a period of 12 months commencing 16th February 2018 until 15th February 2019. 1. Represent the City Council in a planning consultancy role, running the Council's case in partnership with the Council's witnesses and Council appointed counsel 2. Attendance at relevant conferences with Counsel 3. Meetings with officers to fines strategy 4. Production of a Proof of Evidence. Attendance at, and act as Expert Witness for BCC at, the Public Inquiry as the Planning witness. Internal BCC expert witnesses will be fielded for the relevant fields of interest The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
