It will include individual lots for Construction (General Building Services Lot 1) and Highways Related Services Professional services (Lot 2). Other key features include:. *Services range in value from PS1 to PS500,000 (Lot 1) per call off *Four-year duration *Potential total workload of up to PS6 million (total of both lots) *Call offs will be under the NEC4 term service short contract *Other Local Authorities in the Yorkshire and Humber region will be able to call off the Framework It is expected that companies who are appointed to the frameworks will; *Work closely with the authority's internal works and technical resources, framework contactors and the authority's other external partners and suppliers. *Engage with the principles of collaborative working *Bring social value benefits to improve economic, social and environmental well being *Engage with the council to meet the target for all projects to be completed by utilising BIM (Building Information Modelling) Level 2 Those applicants that pass the supplier selection questionnaire (PAS91) will be invited to a scored presentation during the 2/3 week of the evaluation period.
