The contract will comprise of: * Independent Advice and Mediation service for foster carers, to support them when an allegation or complaint is made against them. * Fostering Household Support, for foster carers to have access to legal cover, helpline advice, online support & forums, periodicals and news, and other financial benefits. * Organisational Support for Council staff, enabling up-to-date practice support and guidance. The contract duration will be for 2 years with a possible extension of 2 years (on a 1+1 basis) to a maximum of 4 years in total, at both Councils' discretion. The total contract value is estimated to be a maximum of PS240,000.00 over the total length of the contract (including any potential extensions). The anticipated contract start date will be 1st October 2024.
