The aim of this event is: 1. To provide an overview of the Extended Access requirements; and 2. To share and discuss the proposed service models. The event will take place on the Wednesday 5th April 2017 from 2:00 till 4:30 pm at the following venue: The Clervaux Exchange, Clervaux Terrace, Jarrow, NE32 5UP Please note there is no requirement to express an interest in attending this event, but delegates will be asked to complete a sign in sheet upon arrival. Additional information: PLEASE NOTE: This event has now taken place, the presentation delivered at the event has been included with this notice.
