## Notice

A two year contract for the provision of an independent debt advice service for Phoenix residents. Scope of service to include: - Face to face, digital and telephone services delivered directly to residents - Carry out initial assessments - Build relationships - Case management - Provide advice and guidance on all debts - Give advice on budgeting - Advice on claiming correct benefits / entitlements - Family/housing/legal - Appeals - Resident workshops/training
