Whilst preference is for a new instrument, if you wish to offer a reconditioned instrument (for example, to meet the delivery deadline) you must state the build age of the actual instrument offered and the manufacturer's supported lifetime (and the supplier's supported lifetime, if different). Additional information: HSE is seeking a supplier who can provide a GCMS, in-line with requirements of Schedule A. If you are interested in applying, please provide a detailed breakdown of costs for the item and provisions described within Schedule A, and complete Schedule B, Tender Submission form.
