Durham County Council Durham and Durham University Energy Institute are looking into a potential tender exercise to put in place a Contractor for the Design Supply and Installation of Smart Heating Controls Funding The Council is currently in the process of submitting an ERDF (European Regional Development Funds) application for the funding to enable delivery of this Project. At present the Council has submitted an application for funding to ensure the delivery of the scope and achievement of the strategic objectives. Should the Council be unsuccessful in obtaining ERDF funding the Project will not go ahead, (unless an alternative funding source is identified).
