At the design stage (prior to drilling commencement), the Independent Well Examiner will: -- review and assess the Basis of Design for the well, EGL's proposed drilling programme, and well drilling and testing documentation to ensure these are fit for purpose, compliant with HSE regulations and follow industry good practice; -- produce a design stage well examination report/certificate for submission to HSE and project funders. .
