The Authority has the option to require the Supplier to also provide traditional telephony services (including analogue telephone services and outbound telephony), inbound telephony services, integrated communications for the NHSBSA Pensions Service, and mobile data and telephones. Additional information: The initial term is 48 months with the option to extend by two 12-month periods, at the Authority's discretion.
