## Summary

The London Borough of Merton has initiated the Merton Frailty Programme, aimed at providing a structured programme of physical activity for older individuals (aged 65 and over) in East Merton and Morden. The project's secondary focus will be to keep older people without frailty 'fit'. The Provider will be required to work with community and voluntary groups in the area alongside GP practices and other key partners. The provider will use a 'train the trainer' model and there will be small grants programme attached, run by the provider for resident and community groups to run activities.
