The Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG's) are a contractual party to the Framework and intend to call off packages of care from this Framework as required. The light touch regime (LTR) applies to the Services under this Framework Agreement, as per Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The Framework will be opened on an annual basis or at the discretion of the Authority, based on need.
