The aim is to create a suitable piece of artwork to reflect the theme of working together to reduce crime and that is appropriate for the location within the underpass, which connects the Northern and Southern Side of Lake Road. As well as this project, the Council are also tendering for a similar piece of artwork at Paradise Street.
