## Notice

The aim of this early market engagement exercise is to determine whether there is a market to run collective solar PV purchasing schemes to help residents and small businesses to purchase high quality PV panels and battery storage (As an additional option) at an affordable price and from trusted suppliers. In addition, we hope this will also help us know new entrants to the market as well as engagement with organisations that are willing to provide the service to Essex County. *Please note this is a soft market engagement activity and not a tender opportunity*
