## Notice

To provide a professional window cleaning service ensuring key elements are part of the service in points below. We have key parts of the year that the service must take place during august-September and graduations in Spring and summer. Throughout the year there will be areas that are required also. * Reach and wash to all lower buildings * Internal and external cleans * Abseiling from high rise buildings Annually * Emergency cleans * All team trained * All the team must be inducted with our Soterweb system * RAMS provided for each clean prior to commencement of work * All waste must be disposed of, and areas kept clean * Supervisor as a point of contact while on site * Available to audit areas with a member of the management team after works completed * Excellent customer service * Able to provide a contract cleaning service as required for AD HOC works (such as vent cleaning and high level) * Vehicle information must be provided prior each works for the campus safety team * Flexibility to carry out works * Consistency of teams to learn the site and not keep changing team every time they come to site.
