Arden and GEM Commissioning Support Unit seeks proposals for an evaluation partner for twelve months who can work with the CSU on a range of advice listed below, namely: * Design and development of evaluation frameworks and supporting documentation. * Development of readiness assessments. * Logic model development and analysis. * Fieldwork, data collection and analysis * Construction of evaluation reports Additional information: Please note that whilst within this advert we have included ITT Covering letter, ITT Part A and ITT Part B including the Service Specification and evaluation criteria you must respond via the Bravo e-procurement portal www.ardengemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk. To access the portal you must first register your organisation on the portal and select ITTs open to all. Please note however that this ITT will not be available on the Bravo portal until 5pm Wednesday 1st February 2017.
