IMA WORLD HEALTH lance le present appel d'offres pour la realisation de travaux de Forages dans les structures de sante avec l'appui du projet ASSR-DFID dans le cadre de la riposte COVID-19 dans 15 Zones de sante de la ville province de Kinshasa. En soumettant une offre, le soumissionnaire accepte sans aucune restriction la totalite des conditions specifiques et generales de cet appel d'offres comme etant la seule base de cette procedure de passation de marche. Les soumissionnaires sont reputes avoir examine attentivement tous les formulaires, instructions, dispositions contractuelles et specifications contenus dans ce dossier d'appel d'offres et s'y conformer. Le soumissionnaire qui ne fournit pas dans les delais requis toutes les informations et tous les documents necessaires verra son offre rejetee. Aucune reserve emise dans l'offre par rapport au dossier d'appel d'offres ne peut etre prise en compte ; toute reserve pourra donner lieu au rejet immediat de l'offre sans qu'il soit procede plus avant a son evaluation. La soumission d'une offre ne contenant pas toutes les informations et documents demandes avant la date limite indiquee pourra entrainer le rejet de l'offre en question. IMA World Health invite les fournisseurs qualifies, specialisees dans le domaine forage a soumettre SOUS PLI FERME les offres conformement aux exigences et specifications enumerees dans ce document. Les offres doivent etre recus par IMA World Health au plus tard a la date et a l'heure indiquees ci-dessous. 2. Object de l'appel d'offres Le present appel d'offres vise l'execution de travaux de forage a : - HGR Pierre FOKOM/ZS Kimbanseke - CS Marechal/ZS Kikimi - CS Etonga/ZS N'sele - CH Rene de Haes/ZS Mont Ngafula La participation au marche est ouverte a egalite de conditions a toutes les societes specialisees dans ce domaines precites, professionnelles nationales ou ayant une representation en RDC en regle vis-a-vis de la legislation de l'Etat congolais. L'offre doit etre constituee d'un exemplaire original place dans un seul pli scelle portant l'inscription " A ne pas ouvrir avant la session d'ouverture des offres " ecrite en francais Cette enveloppe scellee doit reprendre la reference suivante : Ndeg017/IMA/ASSR/Travaux_Forage/2020 La version papier sera accompagnee d'un Flash disc contenant le dossier complet scanne.
