## Notice

Two Contracts for the provision of Care and Support in Extra Care Schemes across West Northamptonshire are being tendered by West Northamptonshire Council ("The Council") in accordance with the applicable elements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102). This procurement is covered by the Light Touch guidance and procedures. The Council is seeking to commission Providers who will have responsibility for the delivery of outcomes focussed care and support at each of the extra care schemes in West Northamptonshire. The Service will be delivered in a Person-centered way that ensures Individuals are at the center of service delivery, seeking maximum independence to enable Individuals to live at the scheme for as long as they are able, preventing avoidable and /or emergency hospital or residential care admissions. https://in-tendhost.co.uk/wnc/aspx/Home
