People living at Hendra Parc, Liskeard will have secure tenancies. The Core Care Support required will be for 16 people . The service model will be based on Core Support to adults, which enables them to live in their own homes as tenants within the community. Additional information: The Council uses a web-based system on the South West Portal found at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk (DueNorth) to manage quote and tender processes.
