The Contract will be awarded for carrying out during the 2017/ 2018 financial year with a service period between 4th September 2017 and 31st March 2018. It is anticipated the contract will include the emptying in the region of 30,000 gully pots on a planned basis. The service consists of the following elements: - Planned gully emptying including provision of water. - Tagging gullies that cannot be emptied because of jammed lids, parked cars or require jetting. - Completion of daily records. - Disposing arisings at the Councils gully recycling facility at Billesdon depot on a free of charge basis. - Temporary Traffic Management. All plant engaged on the service shall be fitted with working GPS tracker devices capable of displaying real time information of the plant whereabouts.
