Advertise premises on own website and other media e.g., Rightmove Commercial, Zoopla Commercial etc. 5. Undertake viewings. 6. Keep records of all interested parties and follow up enquiries. 7. Negotiate terms. 8. Report agreed terms for approval. 9. Submit offer letter. 10. Liaise with prospective tenant and/or their professional representatives, throughout the process until successful completion of the Lease. 11. Submit all records to Council, upon request. 12. Attend regular marketing meetings.
