## Summary

The London Boroughs of Richmond and Wandsworth are establishing a framework agreement for Learning Disability Accommodation services. The framework, estimated at £125.28m, will cover various accommodation-based services across both boroughs starting from September 1, 2023. A market engagement event is scheduled for March 21, 2023, inviting experienced service providers.

## Notice

London Boroughs of Richmond and Wandsworth (the "Councils") intend to set up a framework agreement for the provision of Residential, Outreach, Supported Living and Emergency (ROSE) Accommodation-based services across Richmond and Wandsworth. The framework agreement will have four (4) Lots covering the services above. The framework agreement will commence from 1st September 2023. The total value of the framework is estimated to be PS15.66m per annum with a total contract value of PS125.28m inclusive of mini-competition opportunities. The Councils are inviting suitably experienced and qualified service providers to attend a market engagement event on Tuesday 21st March 2023 from 11am - 12pm.
