## Notice

In order to assist with this, Homes England wished to appoint a Property Consultant to support the Tutbury Road Project Team by providing property agent advice in relation to the disposal of the site to ensure delivery of the following: - * a quality residential development that respects strong place making principals, * meet the criteria for Building for a Healthy Life and Building with Nature accreditation, * achieve policy compliant affordable housing and biodiversity net gain; and * accelerate the pace of delivery by considering different tenures and types of new homes. An Invitation to Tender (ITT) was issued to 3 suppliers as a direct competition process to award a call off contract for a consultant team to provide property advisory and agency services during the outline planning determination and negotiations, disposal strategy and subsequent (potentially phased) disposal of the site.
