For each structure the supplier will provide: * List of investigation/testing works, including what the investigation/testing works are expected to achieve. * An Approval in Principle document. * Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) - Note these are for * information only. * An Inspection for Assessment report. * Defect drawings. * A copy of the assessment calculations along with computer results and printout * showing the computer model used in the assessment. The information is to be supplied in a pdf format. * The assessment report. * Assessment and check certificates.
