Building 2 - Stone Barn 1 (Curtilage to the Grade II Listed Building) refurbishment works required to include inter alia, structural rebuild repairs to the gable end and replacement rain water goods and partial re-point to existing walls. Building 3 - Stone Barn 2 (Curtilage to the Grade II Listed Building) refurbishment works required to include inter alia, enclosing of the first floor access door/ stair, replacement rain water goods and partial re-point to existing walls. Building 4 - Stone single storey outbuilding (Curtilage to the Grade II Listed Building) refurbishment works required to include inter alia, replacement wood store structural timber over opening, rain water goods and partial re-point to existing walls.
