Job Description / Main Responsibilities o Maintaining the RAID logs and improving quality including facilitating review meetings. o Maintain change control process. o Production of High-level reporting. o Minuting meetings, recording actions and decisions and maintaining/ driving the management of relevant trackers. o Integration of all PMO information in order to provide consistent information o Help run project checkpoint meetings and deputise for the PM (Imports) as appropriate. o Communicate effectively with the immediate and wider project team o Own the project SharePoint area and ensure effective configuration management is applied. o Development and improvements to the provision of PMO support under the direction of the PM Additional information: Please note that Defra procurement uses an E-tendering system for Procurement activities.
