It is intended that the frameworks will commence in December 2019 in sufficient time to deliver the capital programme commencing financial year 2020/2021. Over the term of the agreements the anticipated combined spend may be in the order of PS30m. There framework will divided into a number of Lots. It is expected that the Lots will be: Lot Consultants 1 Multi-Disciplinary 2 M&E 3 District Heating Systems 4 Discipline Specialist Building Surveyor 5 Discipline Specialist - Structural Surveyor 6 Discipline Specialist - Clerk of Works 7 Discipline Specialist - Quantity Surveyor 8 Discipline Specialist - Architect 9 Discipline Specialist - CDM/Principal Designer 10 Discipline Specialist - Contract Administrator / Employers Agent 11 Discipline Specialist - Project Manager On 9 May 2019 the Council will be holding an event for potential bidders when the structure and further details of the framework will be presented.
