City of Sunderland College, trading as Education Partnership North East, herein referred to as "The College" wish to establish a contract for the provision of Lift Maintenance. The college is seeking a sole provider to meet the requirements and would like to give the opportunity to tender for two Options: Option 1 - Fully Managed provision Include (but not limited to) scheduled servicing and planned preventative maintenance as well as call outs, parts and labour for reactive maintenance.
