The fund for financial aid and technical assistance will have up to PS15.2 million available for disbursement from September 2018 to March 2022. The estimated value of the programme management and technical assistance services to be provided by the Supplier under this Contract will be up to the value of PS1.5m which is inclusive of VAT. Financial management and disbursements will be managed by DFID. Programme management and technical assistance will be the responsibility of the Supplier.
