The Supplier will be appointed primarily to undertake the surveys. Any associated remedial works, as identified by the Supplier, will be subject to the Authority's approval. The proposed contract will be for up to a maximum of twelve months. The exact duration of the project will be based on the Supplier's own programme of works as submitted with this Quotation. This contract will be awarded to a single Supplier.
