Please note that details of the assessment criteria will be issued with the Invitation to Tender Pack. The Authority is aware that this requirement is very technically demanding and niche and may not be best delivered by a single Economic Operator so would take this opportunity to alert the market to our willingness to consider bids from groups of economic operators bidding with a lead or a bidder proposing a broad range of associate or sub-contractor delivering services.
