OAT is seeking consultants to assist OAT with the creation of a building cleaning services framework and want to identify consultants that can meet the following criteria: * Have specific experience with helping the education sector with their building cleaning services * Have developed cleaning specifications for schools / academies previously * Have mobilised, implemented and managed the transition from one cleaning contractor to another * Are able to highlight key areas of risk and opportunity within the education sector As stated above OAT are not seeking cleaning contractors to carry out cleaning, OAT is seeking a consultant to assist with the creation of a Building Cleaning Services framework.
