The department's current processes are causing additional work for OHU administrators, as they are, amongst other things being required to constantly chase people to get in contact to book their medical appointments. A new software management system will standardise the reporting and provision of management information and bring a level of automation and flexibility to number of administrative functions. The OHU of North Wales Police is looking to replace an existing paper and file based system with a digital/web based solution.
