RWM are looking for the successful contractor to: * provide strategic support and expertise * develop a proposed communications and engagement plan for Wales * help us produce draft collateral material * the proposed plan needs to indicate likely cost and other implications for RWM. * information should be structured and presented in a 'menu' format, so that RWM can quickly identify options and their respective organisational implications, and costs.
