We are here to help the UK economy grow, and we work across the UK with a range of industry sectors from automotive to medical, and from digital communications to aerospace. We require a system that will be able to support the HR needs of the business and be able to grow and develop as the company expands. The aim of the system is to be able to end to end manage all HR related process with automation of processes for ease of use. Integration is required with Microsoft Teams and should have the option to integrate with a Payroll system if it does not have one of its own. The automation of processes for ease of use and time saving is paramount. The system should be accessed via the cloud and/or mobile and tablet Apps. Single sign-on would be a benefit. Implementation after successful tender is expected to start by January 2022, and be fully operational no later than March 2022. The system will have an inbuilt or integrated ATS system. The system will have an inbuilt or integrated Payroll system. A total system solution is required, with training and nominated after sales support contact.
