The proposal is for a Design, Build, Operate and Maintain (DBOM) contract to be tendered. The key requirements for the proposed facility is to be financially self-sufficient with a playing pitch, gym, multipurpose fitness studios/community rooms, cafe, small sports hall (to facilitate a basketball court) and changing rooms with toilets and sufficient off street parking to support the facility.
