The EAP should be delivered by 24/7/365 confidential telephone helpline. This needs to be accessible from anywhere in the world. Counselling can be provided by telephone or face to face where appropriate. All Contracting Authority (CA) groups (staff, partners and locally employed staff) must be identified and reported on separately. It is particularly important that partners are identified to ensure we comply with HMRC tax liabilities.
