## Notice

These services are provided to aid Plymouth City Council (PCC) meet the following project objectives: ? As part of the feasibility assessment undertaken in April 2023 and emerging brief was captured which required the development to explore site uses which considered both office, industrial and a hybrid of the two. The full brief of which this proposal is base is included within 23.04.21 RIBA Stage 1 Report REV F - Client Issue. ? Three potential user groups were identified which included Marine, Defense and Research and Development. ? Plymouth City Council have requested that the development look to explore the potential use of low carbon technologies with an aspiration to achieve a net zero operational development. ? Plymouth City Council would also like to explore the potential use of modern methods of construction as the design develops
