We intend to commission a neighbourhood model that will support closer working with other services available in the neighbourhood, such as primary and community health care and voluntary sector services. The introduction and commissioning of a 'Local Neighbourhood Care Network' model will include the division of the Borough in to localities. This event will describe and outline the service specification, model and changes to care provision. It will include information on the tendering process, timeline and criteria. Additional information: RBG intends to award this contract for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for up to 4 further years, making a total possible period of 7 years.
