1. Upgrade of the existing internal communal fire escape route, including compartmentation, fire signage, doors, panelling and fire-stopping. 2. Upgrade or renewal of lift doors and hatch to lift motor room to give 60 minutes minimum fire compartmentation. 4. Survey, upgrade or replacement of the existing fire detection/activation system to Grade A: LD2 to all the common areas, linked to the existing smoke vent 5. Supply and installation of Grade D: LD3 mains-fed, heat detection, linked to 4 above, in the hallways of each flat.
