The programme seeks to support young people aged 11-18 who have been excluded from secondary school or are at risk of exclusion in London.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in research, social research services, and evaluation consultancy services. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community and social enterprises (VCSEs) are encouraged to participate.
