## Notice

To provide person centred care and support service for adults aged 18 years and over, or who are aged 16 and over, coming through transition into adult services, with a Learning Disability and/or Autism who are ordinarily resident in, or are the responsibility of, the Bournemouth Borough Council. Fairways Court consists of six, one-bedroom apartments across two floors, in the BH11 area of Bournemouth and forms part of the Council's Transforming Care Partnership Plan for Individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.
