## Summary

The Northampton Borough Council is initiating the Hardingstone Bike Park Soft Market Testing procurement process, which falls under the construction industry category. This process is in the planning stage and aims to gather information from suppliers regarding their capabilities relevant to the forthcoming tender. The budget for the project is set at £400,000, covering the period from 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2022. Suppliers are invited to submit their responses to the questionnaire by 8th January 2021 through the Procurement Portal. The site for the project is located in the East Midlands, United Kingdom.

This tender presents an excellent opportunity for businesses involved in construction and recreational facility services to expand their market reach. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with expertise in sports facilities construction and operation could particularly benefit from engaging in this process, as the council seeks to refine its procurement strategy based on supplier input. Companies that can demonstrate relevant experience, alongside innovative solutions, will be well-positioned to compete for future opportunities linked to this initiative.
