Additional information: To achieve the desired clarity on the scope and the commercial structure of the T-TOC services we tender, we will be holding a market engagement day on Wednesday 25th January 2017 10:00-14:00 at Copthorne Hotel, Paradise Circus, Birmingham, B3 3HJ. Suppliers are requested to read the full suite of documents(attached) and to confirm their attendance at the market engagement day by emailing TechnologyProcurement@highwaysengland.co.uk should they wish to attend. Attendance is restricted to 1 attendee per organisation. Clarification questions may be asked at the market engagement event. Whilst T-TOC will be procured via the CCS Traffic Management Technology 2 (TMT2) framework Lot 14 Intelligent Transport Systems, Highways England recognises that there are a number of work streams that will require different skill sets and we therefore expect a number of sub-contracting opportunities.
