Specialised Mental Health Services - Children and Young People's Mental Health Services Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust is commissioned by NHS England as lead provider for Specialised Mental Health Services - Adult Secure (Low & Medium), Adult Eating Disorders and Children and Young People's Mental Health Services across North Yorkshire and Humber, in accordance with national service specifications. Providers have been awarded contracts in accordance with Provider Selection Regime - Direct Award Process A, having met the criteria of being the existing provider (or group of providers) is (are) the only provider(s) that can deliver the health care services within the geographical area of commissioning responsibility.
