## Notice

All referrals to this service will be made by the CEC Children, Families and Adults Department. The service provides a support service for young people who will be matched by the Provider to a suitable lodging host. The service aims to offer individuals needs led support, to facilitate the development of life skills that will enable vulnerable young people to develop independent living skills, offering them the opportunity to improve their quality of life and life outcomes. Additional information: There are 2 x 12 months optional extensions available.
