## Summary

The Hastings Safe Space 19.600 RFI is currently in the planning stage, initiated by the South of England Procurement Centre, which is part of the NHS Hastings and Rother Clinical Commissioning Group. This tender aims to assess market interest for providing a Safe Space service in central Hastings, targeting young people aged 17-25 and other vulnerable individuals. The initial engagement phase ends on 6 January 2020, while the contract is expected to start on 1 April 2020 and continue for three years, with a possible two-year extension. With an estimated annual value of £70,000, the procurement process is classified under health services, and businesses have the opportunity to contribute their feedback prior to the official tender release.

This tender represents a significant opportunity for SMEs and VCSEs to participate in delivering essential health services while aiding in community wellbeing initiatives. Companies specialising in support services, youth engagement, or public health are particularly well-suited to compete for this contract, as they can provide the necessary expertise and insights into the operational requirements of the Safe Space service. Engaging with this RFI allows potential suppliers to showcase their capabilities and build relationships with commissioners, potentially positioning themselves favourably for future tender opportunities in the region.
