The service consists of the internal and external window cleaning of all premises detailed in the Schedule located within the Tender documents. FOR AN INITIAL PERIOD OF 2 YEARS WITH THE OPTION TO EXTEND FOR A FURTHER 2 YEARS (EITHER INCREMENTALLY OR AS A SINGLE EXTENSION) SUBJECT TO PERFORMANCE, VALUE FOR MONEY AND ONGOING OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS NO VOLUME OR VALUE of orders will be guaranteed in respect of this contract.
