## Notice

The Target Areas have been chosen because a large proportion of residents are living on low income, in fuel poverty, in energy-inefficient properties and with limiting long-term illness or disability. The services to be performed under the contract include engagement activity with households in the Target Areas, the provision of energy efficiency home assessments to around one hundred and fifty households in the Target Areas, post-assessment support to all of those households, as well as installation of small measures.
