## Notice

Direct Award for Provision of Legal Advisers Legal Advisers for Rolling Stock Advice and therefore we would like to award the contract to you. This Direct Award is being offered under Panel RM6204 Rail Legal Services Framework and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply. - The contract term has been extended by 6 months and the new contract expiry date is the 9th October 2023. - The contract value has been extended by an additional PS25,000 excluding VAT and the total contract value is up to PS75,000.00 excluding VAT.
