## Notice

The Council is looking to procure a contract for Electrical Inspection, maintenance and installation works within Dudley Borough and potentially for use by other contracting authorities. The Works to be procured and called off through the two separate contract Lots will include any of the following, however this is not an exhaustive list: Lot 1 - the elements of this Contract will comprise o Section C Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports o Section E Carrying out Communal Electrical Repairs & Installations o Section F Installing Electrical Cabling Containment & Cables o Section G Carrying out PAT testing - Lot 2 - the elements of the contract will comprise o Section D Carrying out Domestic Electrical Repairs & Installations o Section F Installing Electrical Cabling Containment & Cables The contract works will comprise of 2 Lots (each being a separate contract). Each tenderer will be required to price the Schedule of Rates for both Lots. One contractor cannot be awarded both LOTS. For this project, Dudley MBC has adopted Constructionline to streamline the procurement and assessment of contractors applying for this opportunity; https://www.constructionline.co.uk/ If you are already a member of Constructionline at Silver Membership or above and following sections are verified on your profile C1 - Company Information, C2 - Financial and Insurance Information, C3 - Business and Professional Standing, C4 - Health and Safety, you can provide us with your registration number, and then you only need to answer the Optional Questions (O1 - O3) in section 4.2 and the Quality Questions located in section 4.5. The Optional Questions - O1 - Equal Opportunity and Diversity, O2 - Environmental Management O3 - Quality Management, are applicable in this Procurement, therefore will need completing. If you are not registered on Constructionline you can still participate and will need to demonstrate that you meet the prequalification requirements, through the completion of the full questionnaire. Please note that TUPE applies to this contract.
